The Deluxe Kit consists of two adjustable under-seat straps and our Tension-O-Matic rear strap.
Each Rolie bag will come with straps that can run under the seat for mounting the bag. But these Deluxe under-seat straps can be left unobtrusively under the seat, leaving only a small rectangular buckle visible, ready to mount your Rolie Bag whenever you need it.
The Tension-O-Matic rear strap uses gutter hooks and tension to grab the rear fender, allowing the bag to be moved further back to give the rider more seat room.
